Welcome to the Computer Science Course for year 10 students. The course is aimed at introducing Yr10 students to all elements of Computer Science. By following the Computer Science syllabus, learners develop an interest in, enjoyment of, and confidence in the use of computing. They develop an appreciation of the range and power of computer applications and solve problems using computing; their studies include computer architecture including hardware and software, logic gates and number base systems, algorithm design and programming concepts.

Welcome to the Computer Science Course for year 11 students. The course is aimed at continuing development of paper 1 theory to Yr11 students all elements of Computer Science. By following the Computer Science syllabus, learners develop an interest in, enjoyment of, and confidence in the use of computing. This year students develop an appreciation of the need for operating systems and computer architecture, the need for data communications, networking computer systems and environments and the need for data security and ethical considerations such as legal and health and safety implications for computing environments.Students will also learn the need for storing vast amounts of data and data manipulation with the introduction of databases and the searching of data.
